What is Emergency Lights Certificate?
Landlords of HMOs, bedsits and blocks of flats with emergency lighting on escape routes.

Emergency Lights in Bromley — local property context
Bromley is London's largest borough and contains a wide mix of property types — Victorian and Edwardian terraces in Beckenham and Penge, 1930s and post-war semis across the suburbs, and modern developments closer to the town centre. The rental market has grown significantly in recent years as house prices have pushed first-time buyers into renting.
A strong commuter market serving City workers via Thameslink and Southeastern services, with good demand for family homes. Our accredited engineers regularly carry out emergency lights certificate work across Bromley for private landlords, letting agents and HMO operators, and are familiar with the BR1, BR2, BR3, BR4, BR5, BR6, BR7, SE20 postcode areas.
Bromley is outside the London Congestion Charge Zone, so no congestion surcharge applies here. We also regularly book Emergency Lights appointments in neighbouring boroughs such as Lewisham, Croydon, Greenwich, so if your portfolio spans more than one area we can usually coordinate visits on the same day.
